The Ph.D. Program in Econometrics Department of Education has been providing training in the Institute of Social Sciences since 2015. The students who have successfully accomplished this program gain the PhD degree of Econometrics. Students of this program can continue their education in their own field or under graduate programs in related fields as a result of evaluation of ALES, Undergraduate Graduation Grade Point Average and Interview Examination within the framework of "Dumlupınar University Graduate Education and Training Regulation". Candidates who have successfully completed the master's program can apply to PhD programs provided that they are successful in applying + interviewing. Job opportunities are available in both public and private sectors. In public sector it can be worked at some institutions such as state planning organization and Turkish statistical institute and in private sector it can be worked at some institutuions such as research firms, finance, banking and insurance.
