Mission

The Career and Alumni Center of Kütahya Dumlupınar University was established in 2018 with the aim of guiding our students from their first year at university by helping them build career awareness, develop their knowledge and skills, and plan their careers.

In addition to supporting successful career planning during university life, our primary goal is to help raise well-equipped, highly employable graduates who are preferred both in Turkey and internationally.

Vision
Key Objectives of Our Student- and Alumni-Centered Center

To assist students in identifying and achieving their career goals,

To help them find job and career opportunities that allow them to combine their academic knowledge, professional skills, and personal talents,

To ensure they become familiar with the sector and business world related to their field of study and gain information about internship and employment opportunities,

To provide opportunities to meet with human resources managers and/or representatives from public and private institutions and organizations,

To facilitate meetings with accomplished academics who are experts in their fields,

To provide information about domestic and international job and internship opportunities,

To support the development of personal skills and abilities through personal development trainings and seminars,

To offer individual counseling services during job application and recruitment processes (e.g., resume writing, interview preparation, effective communication skills, simulations),

To strengthen communication and cooperation with alumni, support them in their professional lives after graduation, and create opportunities for alumni to mentor and guide current students,

To collaborate with other universities in the provision of career planning services.
