Our Campus
Kütahya Dumlupınar University has a main campuses located in the city center of Kütahya: the Evliya Çelebi Campus as well as additional buildings and campus areas in 10 different districts.
The Evliya Çelebi Campus covers an area of over 7,500 decares. The entrance to the campus is through a monumental stone gate designed in the Ottoman-Seljuk architectural style, reflecting the architectural philosophy of the university buildings. The gate features two large central towers, flanked by smaller towers that gradually decrease in size outward, and arched entrances between them, forming a welcoming structure for visitors. A wide ring road surrounds the campus, separating developed areas from future expansion zones and preventing vehicles from entering the faculty building areas. Vehicle and pedestrian circulation zones are largely separated for safety and comfort.
Upon entering through the main gate, visitors arrive at a large square measuring 160×300 meters. Directly opposite the entrance, aligned with the main axis, stands the Rectorate Building. On the left and right sides of the square are the Faculty of Science and Letters, the Faculty of Engineering, and their respective administrative and academic buildings.
Between the main gate and the Rectorate Building, five decorative pools have been constructed within the square. In front of the Rectorate, between the pools, stands the symbolic Atatürk and Dumlupınar Monument, one of the iconic symbols of our university.
