Registration Process for Applied Economics and Financial Analysis Master‘s Degree Program

Final registration of the international students for the Applied Economics and Financial Analysis Program will be completed in 2 (two) stages:

Stage 1:

Paying the fee 

Candidates can use Ziraat Bank ATMs all over Turkey, through Ziraat Bank Mobile Application and Ziraat Bank Internet Banking, respectively, through Payment Transactions / Education Exam Payments / University Fee Payments / Kütahya Dumlupınar University, using their student numbers (included in the result explanation system). can process the payment.(Around 5.000 Turkish Liras for each year and this amount is updated annually)

Stage 2:

Delivery of the documents required for Final Registration to the Institute Directorate in person or with a notarized power of attorney.

 

1) Original diploma or graduation certificate or copy of the document approved by a notary affiliated with the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Justice 

2) Original transcript (transcript) or copy of the document approved by a notary affiliated with the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Justice

3) If he/she has completed his/her undergraduate and/or master's degree abroad; the equivalency / school recognition certificate issued by Turkish Council of Higher Education and its photocopy,

4) The translation of the pages of the passport containing the identity information approved by a notary affiliated with the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Justice

5) Document indicating language proficiency in the language of the graduate program (if any),

6) Candidates who have the right to enroll should have 55/100 points from ÜDS/KPDS/YDS exams as stated in the Council of Higher Education (YÖK)'s ."Foreign Language Exams Equivalency" table or 60/100 points from the proficiency exam conducted by Kütahya Dumlupınar University School of Foreign Languages.

Candidates who cannot meet the relevant requirement are taken to the preparatory class in the language of the relevant program, with the opinion of the related department and the decision of the Institute Booard of Directors. Students who meet the language requirement of the relevant program can start taking courses from graduate programs.

7) Foreign students who have graduated from a program of a higher education institution that provides education in the same language as this program (English), are not required for the relevant foreign language requirement.

8) If the applicant does not have a document indicating language proficiency, he/she is obliged to fulfill the language proficiency requirement within 3 (three) semesters at the latest from the date of final registration.

This time spent by the student is not taken into account in calculating the maximum duration. The registration of the student who cannot provide language proficiency at the end of the specified period is deleted.

9) Passport photos (3 pieces)

10) For students who receive a scholarship, a document showing that they have received a scholarship, an official letter from the relevant state institutions, country embassies or official institutions that the fees will be paid for the students who come with a state scholarship.

11) Fee Receipt

12) Orientation Fee Receipt: 600 TL (Six Hundred Turkish Lira) will be payed into the TR830001000179350644665051 account of the International Student Coordination Application and Research Center and delivered to the Student Affairs Unit.

Note: Even if the candidate gains the right to final registration, any unapproved document will not be accepted by the institute and the candidate's application will be deemed invalid.

For this reason, all candidates must provide these documents completely before the application date in order to avoid any problems in the later processes.

**THE APPLICATIONS OF THE CANDIDATES WITHOUT THE DOCUMENTS ABOVE WILL BE REJECTED.
